Before Shipment
If your cancellation request is received before your order has been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
If the cancellation is successfully processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
After Shipment
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.
If your order has already shipped, you may need to receive the package and request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

WAVEMAK reserves the right to cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Shipping restrictions
• Incorrect order information
• Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount charged.
